The Marion County Building Industry Association (MCBIA) provides the information, text, graphics and links herein as a service to both member and non-member homebuilding industry professionals and housing consumers.  Use of this website is conditioned on the user’s acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained in or on the site.  Use of the site constitutes the user’s agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions.

The information contained within this site represents a best effort to provide extensive, accurate and reliable information.  The MCBIA does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.  Under no circumstances will the MCBIA be liable in any way for any content, including, but no limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any content made available via this website.

You agree that you will not use the name of the Marion County Building Industry Association or logo in any advertising.

You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself.

You agree not to use any service or content provided by the MCBIA for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of another.

You agree not to use any service or content provided by the MCBIA for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail, faxes, telephone calls and/or postal mail.

 You agree not to use any service or content provided by the MCBIA for promotion of commercial products and services or for solicitation of any kind.

Information and content received from the Buy the Home, not the Hype website may be displayed and printed for your personal, information, non-commercial use only.  You have no rights whatsoever to and you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, repost, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, create derivative works from, perform or in any way commercially exploit any of the content or infringe upon trademarks, service marks or copyrights displayed or received from the MCBIA, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization, without the MCBIA’s express prior written consent.

You have no rights whatsoever to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you to access the Buy the Home, not the Hype website.  You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by the MCBIA, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.  You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Buy the Home, not the Hype website.

The Buy the Home, not the Hype website contains links to other Internet sites, resources and MCBIA member companies.  The MCBIA is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents.  The MCBIA does not endorse, nor are we responsible for, any of the contents, advertising, products or other materials on such sites.  Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such sites.  Ay concerns regarding any external link should be directed to its respective site administrator or Webmaster.
